AlphaMeeple Zero

Terms of service

Last updated 29 October 2026

The service

AlphaMeeple Zero (alphameeplezero.com) lets you play Carcassonne against an AI and against other people, and have your games analysed by the AI.

It is run by WolfLab BV, Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat 91 bus 1, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium, company and VAT number BE 1029.309.461. You can reach us at wolf@wolflab.be.

By making an account and using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email address.

An account is for one person, and each person has one account. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else play or analyse under your name.

You need to be at least 13. If you are under 16, you need the permission of a parent. A paid plan is bought by an adult.

Your display name, picture and country are public. Do not pick a name or picture that pretends to be someone else or that is offensive.

Fair use

Use the service as a person, by hand. In particular, do not:

Your games

Games played here, with the names of the players, can be shown to other people on the site: on player profiles, on the leaderboard and on the watch page.

Rankings, ratings, tournament results and live games, with the display names and countries of the players in them, can also be shown on other sites, such as a club's website, that we give access to the site's API.

A position from a game against AlphaMeeple Zero can be shown to everyone as a puzzle, without the players' names.

A game you upload from Board Game Arena is listed only for you, but anyone who has its link can open it.

Chat messages are seen by the others in that chat, for example everyone in the lobby. A private message is seen by the friend you write to, and by an admin if it is reported.

The analyses you ask for are private.

Plans

There are three plans: Free, Member and Premium. What each includes and what it costs is on the plan page (settings, plan). Prices include VAT.

Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record. Link takes the payment, charges the VAT and sends your receipts and invoices, and its own terms apply to the payment. We provide the service.

Renewal, changes and cancelling

A plan renews every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time under settings, plan, manage billing, or through Link. The plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. The rest of that period is not refunded.

When you change to another plan, the difference is settled pro rata on your next payment.

If we raise a price, we tell you at least 30 days before. The new price applies from your next period, and you can cancel before it does.

If we stop the service, we refund the part of a paid period that you could not use.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from a plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, through Link or by writing to wolf@wolflab.be. Because the plan starts at once at your request, you pay for the days it was in use and get the rest back.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is. There is no guarantee that it is available, that it works without errors, or that the AI's analysis is right. It may change, and we may stop it.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the service or from not being able to use it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and remove what it posted.

You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account at wolf@wolflab.be. Cancel a paid plan first, or ask us to.

Changes and law

When these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

Belgian law applies. This does not take away any protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
